FridayJUDGING George-Fashion Journalist Julie Helson-Owner of 'Dreamz Model Management' Michael Grange-Notified Fashion Photographer George-It’s our final 4 girls! And this week we really surprised you with your photo shoot. You had to give high fashion poses while on top of a giraffe...you really only get this stuff on reality TV. Anyway onto those wonderful prizes we’ve been talking none stop about! The winner of Make Me A Top Model will receive a fashion spread in ‘EL Magazine’ courtesy of the editor in chief Josh Kebano. And representation with Dreamz Model management! They will also win a campaign with Essence cosmetics! Now on to our wonderful judges, noted fashion photographer ‘Michael Grange’ and The owner of Dreamz Model Management, Miss ‘Julie Helson’. So Brenda we shall see your picture first: Brenda-Here I am! George-Well let’s see what poses you gave us this week Julie-Oh wow! You look so graceful and the sunlight is radiating off your gorgeous face George-What I love is how it was blisteringly hot and you were trying to block your eyes from the light. Therefore you worked it into the pose which is extremely professional Michael-Yep I definitely agree, this is the first shot I’ve seen of you where you look like a top model! George-Ok Candice is next Candice-Hey ya’ll George-Hey Candice, do you think you’ve improved since last week? Candice-Definitely! Just look at my picture and you’ll see Michael-One word, amazing! You really only get this stuff in VOGUE! George-Candice you surprised me so much this week, you jumped on that giraffe and gave me elegant poses, sexy poses, high fashion poses the lot! Julie-You look really stunning and you’re convincing me to buy that outfit. It’s a gorgeous photo Candice, well done George-That’s hard to beat but let’s see how Lucy did Lucy-Let’s see it then... George-It’s not really what we were wanting to be honest. You look like an amateur teenage model, not a top model Michael-What was the brief? To spread your legs as far as they go? Julie-I don’t see fashion and I don’t see a model...in my opinion you’ve been slipping these past few weeks Lucy# George-And finally we have Martina Martina-Good evening George-Now Martina refused to get on top of the giraffe in this week’s photo shoot and I hope you know we’ll be taking that into account Martina-Yeah I kind of guessed George-Let’s see your photo anyway Michael-That’s pure genius Martina! You could be selling a holiday, selling a handbag or selling the clothes it all still works in an editorial way George-I actually agree Martina, I love this picture because it’s so high fashion, but I’m just annoyed that you wouldn’t face your fears Julie-It’s a shame really, this is such a beautiful shot but you never would have booked the job. As a model agent I find jobs for girls and I want to know that they’ll always please the people who booked them George-So the judges have deliberated...and let me tell you this wasn’t easy in the slightest! In the end the vote was 2-1 in favour of the girl who stays. But this week our call out order goes as follows: 1.Candice 2.Brenda So that means in the bottom two we have Lucy and Martina. Now Lucy we’ve seen some amazing pictures of you throughout the competition, plus you booked the most jobs on the go sees. But the judge’s think you’ve reached your peak. Martina you have had 3 first call outs and the judges once again loved your photo this week...but you didn’t follow the brief meaning you wouldn’t have booked the job. Did you know you were going to win them?Lucy-Not at all! I came into the contest saying to myself "I have to win one challenge" and then when I did win the acting challenge I was like YAYY and then when I one the go sees I was absolutely ecstatic!EDNTMforum-Well you weren't always happy in the house as viewers saw when your boyfriend cheated on youLucy-Oh yeahEDNTMforum-Have you spoken to him after leaving the house?Lucy-Nope, and I don't want to. The Final 3! But who's your winner? Is it Brenda? The Beverley Hills socialite with an eye for fashion and a tounge as sharp as knives? She's fought her way to the top with quite a few bottom two appearances but then again she's pulled out some pretty stunning pictures! Or is it Candice? Our Oklahoma honey who may not be the brightest star in the bunch but is sweeter than sugar on pop tarts! She was classed as an under dog by the other contestants but showed she was a force to be reckoned with when she pulled out three first call outs! Or maybe it's Martina? Our Nevada rock chick who's got more edge than a rubix cube! She was always soft spoken in the house but with three first call outs and only one bottom two appearance she's got modelling perfected! |

MondayWeek 10-The girl that becomes a top model!  Brenda *confessional*-There was no warning this week, not even a GEORGE MAIL! We simply jumped into some cars waiting outside and were taken to a photo shoot George-Welcome, the final 3! All girls-Hey! George-Now I’m sure you’re all thinking “shouldn’t there be a challenge today?” but since there’s only 3 of you left we need to eliminate one more girl before the final two hit the runway. And the photo shoot that determines who goes home is taking place today! Martina-How did I guess? George-We’re here at a photo studio in Kenya ready to take your Essence cosmetic campaign pictures. For one of you this campaign won’t just be released in America, it’s also being shipped out to Canada, France and the United Kingdom! Can I hear a holler!? All girls-HOLLER! George-You’re going to be promoting their new fragrance ‘Earth’ which is all about nature, plants etc. So we want to see serene girls at home in the wild, and don’t forget to be editorial! Brenda let’s see what you’ve got first George-So we’ve given you all of these extravagant flowers Brenda, we want to see some sultriness in you but remember it still has to be editorial Brenda-Do I get a sample of the fragrance George-...no Brenda-Fine! Brenda-It went pretty well, the dress looked amazing on me! You just never know whether you’ve got a good shot though. George-Candice, you’ve shown us throughout this competition that you’re not just a catalogue model so let’s see some high fashion! Candice-Oh I’m afraid of heights George-It’s just an expression... Candice-Oh you mean like “I guess I’ll die another day?” George-....no that’s a Madonna song, just take the photos! Candice-Well apart from getting hay fever half way through the shoot it went really well! George-Martina, have we saved the best till last? Martina-You bet! George-Well let’s see if you can pull of a sexy yet editorial shot Martina-I loved this shoot! The whole concept was amazing and I felt like a princess! George-Well done today girls! Oh and before I leave, I might aswell tell you that tomorrow another girl will be leaving Brenda-WHAT! Candice-But it’s not Friday! George-Well seen as it’s the last week we really need to find our top model. And of course we can’t find her until we cut down the excess baggage...or in other words one of you Martina-Ouch... So Brenda we shall see your picture first: Brenda-The nerves are kicking in now George-Don’t worry Brenda, that’s bound to happen when you’re this close to the finish line, now let’s take a look at your picture Julie-I love the body but personally I think half of that is the shape of the dress and how it’s flowing Michael-I agree actually, your body looks gorgeous but I think the wind machine contributed to that. As for the face I don’t see much life George-You’ve worked so hard in this competition Brenda, but when watching you on set you looked defeated... Brenda *crying* -It’s just hard! Getting criticism all the time and having to do more than you’re capable of George-Then you have to ask yourself this, are you strong enough for this industry? Brenda-I don’t know... George-Ok Candice, let’s see your best photo Julie-The body once again is absolutely stunning, it’s perfection! But then the face is just...bland George-I love how poised you are, and your eye connection is brilliant but there just doesn’t seem to be a sparkle Michael-Based on this photo I wouldn’t buy this perfume for my wife...you’re just not selling it I’m afraid George-And finally we have Martina Martina-Hey George-Let’s see your picture George-Romeo, Romeo where for art thou! Absolutely brilliant Martina, the way you’re holding that rose is perfection, you own this advertisement Michael-I love the overall composition but I feel it’s a face we’ve seen from you Julie-Oh shut up Michael! The power in your eyes is so strong and look at that arched back! I can see this on a billboard anywhere Martina-Thank you so much! George-Don’t thank us, you did the work! George-Ok the judges have deliberated, and this week we’ll only call one girl and she will also have this week’s best picture. That girl is: 1.Martina So that leaves Brenda and Candice in the bottom two. Now Brenda, we have given you a bit of grief but we’ve also given you a lot of praise! Today you left us wondering whether the harsh reality of the modelling industry is right for you.
