Modeling, Designing, and Reality Competitions has taken the Candybar Doll Forums, but now make way for Miss Elouai Universe! The first pageant in Candybar doll Forums yet! Now please join and have fun with the most Elegant and Prestigious contest!
Sypnosis....
The competition will start out with 22 delegates from different countries. Then they will have the personal style competition. The judges cut them to 15. Then, they will have the swimsuit competition, then it will be reduced to 10. Then, they will have the evening gown competition and they will be reduced to 5. The remaining 5 will be asked questions by the judges and the winner is determined.......
The competition is gonna be held in (SECRET).

**REQUIREMENTS**
*The delegates must be 17 to 27 years old
*Your delegate must look like a person from the designated country.
*The countries ONLY you can enter is above.
*Height must range from 5'5'' to 6'4''
*Your clothes in the ceremony must be designed by you
*You need to send a photo
*You need to leave a comment for the application
*You can apply atleast 2 DELEGATES!
