Scouting
Dreamz Model Management has a great team of model scouts who scour the streets for new talent that might be you! If you are scouted by one of our representatives you will be sent a Personal Message explaining that we want to represent you, you will also be told how long for. Contracts usually last for 12 months but they can be shorter or longer, they can also be renewed if we want to keep representing you.

Castings
Dreamz Model Management has a casting day (usually) once every 2 months, on this day hopeful models come into the agency wanting to be represented. Notices will be sent out stating when the castings are and if you fancy giving it a shot you need to come prepared with a portfolio. This must include a Polaroid of you in normal clothes, a Polaroid of you in swimwear and some editorial work you have done. Please note depending of the standards of the girls that day we may only choose one model to represent.

We take pride in our models at Dreamz Model Management which means you are always kept up to date with the latest happenings in your career and your comp card will constantly be updated with new photos you have taken. If a client wishes to book your for a job you will be sent a personal message stating who it’s for and how much they’re willing to pay (if they’re paying) it is your option whether you choose to accept or decline the offer but we strongly recommend you take all jobs as they come. You may also leave the agency before your contract runs out if you wish.

For example, is it runway, a photo shoot, editorial, catalogue for which brand etc. However, if you don’t have time to look through the comp cards simply message us saying what type of model you’re looking for (Height, hair colour, eye colour etc) and we will send you pictures and a list of all the models we have that match your specifications.
