This is just like the one I was asking in the ther one, but since I downladed Paint.net does anyone know how to change the transparency of the doll???

I think you mean changing the opacity of a picture. At least that's what it's called in Photoshop.
I can't help cause I don't have PAINT.NET and if Sally doesn't know, why don't you just search for a tutorial on google?
