Modeliste: Task #1The designers encounter Jenna in one of the aisles at a local Walmart. They all look excited as the get into a crowd in front of the fashion diva.
¡§Welcome to Modeliste, designers. For the next weeks, we will test your skills, your personality, your style and most importantly, your heart, to see which one of you¡¦ll have what it takes to be the first Modeliste.
We¡¦re going to start off this week with a challenge, so you better be fierce. We are standing in the clothing section of Walmart, which, to be honest, can be EXTREMELY cheap. As a designer, you cannot make your designs look cheap. You¡¦ve got to make people actually want to buy them.¡¨
Jenna rolls out a clothing stand of ugly, cheap clothing.
¡§I¡¦ve been doing some shopping today, and these happened to be the worst, cheapest outfits I found, and boy are they disgusting! However, they are just perfect for this first challenge. We are going to truly test your ability to make clothing look expensive and runway worthy.
For this challenge, you will each be arranging an outfit using the following tops and bottoms. You may ONLY use
tops and bottoms 0001 through 0025 in Candybar Maker 4 at elouai.com (http://elouai.com/candybar4/dollmakergirl.php). It is your job to add accessories and additional clothing, such as scarves, hats, etc in order to make your outfits look great. We also want to see your personal style in these outfits.
Also, as a designer, you will have to choose your own models. It is important that your model not only looks good and walks good, but also truly represents your line and style well. Where will you get the models for this first round? In this store! You will have to look around the store, and ask women doing their shopping in here if they¡¦d like to model your design.
And finally, I have one thing to say. Unfortunately, one of you will not even make it to the runway or even see the house at all. The person the judges find have the weakest design will be eliminated on the spot, here in Walmart.

PM me your entry on either a solid or transparent background. Your model must be in the outfit you have created.
2. You may ONLY use
tops and bottoms 0001 through 0025 in Candybar Maker 4 at elouai.com (http://elouai.com/candybar4/dollmakergirl.php). Adding accessories and clothing is allowed. However, the top and bottom you selected must be visible.
3. Modifying the top and bottom is not allowed! This means changing color, making any adjustments to length of sleeves, etc.
4. You are going to make your own models. However, you may not use any model you¡¦ve used for anything in the past.
