There are a number of ways to do it, but here's how I do it and it works out really well for me.
Step 1:
Go to photobucket.com/
Step 2:
Make an account on Photobucket. It's free and harmless! Just click the green "Join Now" button on the top right corner of the page, choose a username and password, then you can fill in whatever details you want (as long as you have a valid email address and you type in the right numbers for the code).
Step 3:
Go to your photo album on Photobucket. There is a box that says, "Upload Images." Click on "Choose Files," look for the picture you want to post, then click "Open." It'll put that picture on your Photobucket account!
Step 4:
When you see your image in your photo album and you put your mouse over it, there are 4 rectangles with their own label:
Email & IM
Direct Link
HTML Code
IMG Code
Click on the rectangle with IMG Code next to it. When you do that, right-click it and click "Copy."
Step 5:
Open a new window or tab to your Internet and go to this website and go where you would post your picture. When you're posting, go to your top menu and click Edit, then click Paste. There you'll see a code like this:
But after you click, "Post Message" you'll see your picture!
